    It was Yahoo for years, but now it's Google. It's better, IMO.

    Google - right from the start - bare naked, compared to its ad laden competitors. Now, when you can pay your way up to the top of the list, I'm not that happy about it, but it's still the most no-nonsense, fastest, most acurate search engine there is.

    Always been Google for me, right from the start. Like A9 (just tried it) but i can't override the number of results per page.....

    Google is too full of eBay ads and site that link to eBay ads. I've never understand that.

    Google sucks.

    But I still have to use it because MSN doesn't always do the job.

    For a general search engine, I think mamma is the best. But since I use Netscape 7.2, i can just use the search sidebar to give me multithreaded search using several different metasearch engines.
