Creating a XSVCD

Hi Guys, I am not able to make a XSVCD play correctly in my standalone. I use the sample one from vcdhelp.com imaged with nero and it plays perfectly. I want to make the same with BR 3500 and converting from DV (AVI).
I have made many DVD rips to SVCD and I have all the tools. I just do not know how to get this to work. I prefer CCE.
Please point me to a guide made for XSVCD or tell me a brief description how this sample was made.
