NERO burning q?

I've saved a few dvd projects[movies] as .nrd files......but when I try to burn them as images ,I get an error saying that the vob and ifo files are missing..............so the dvd will be unplayable!

Do I have to save the 4gb video files as well[don't see the point of this]..............any help would be appreciated,,,,,,,,,,using Nero oem 6!

what are you trying to do in the first place

if it needs to have the vob files there then they need to be there

if youre just backing up a dvd then there a better ways to do it, check the guides out

I was under the impression that I could reburn a movie just by burning that saved project without having the vob and ifo files on my computer .........am I wrong?

What program are you using to create and read the .nrd files? Ignore this. I see you're using Nero.

The .NRD file is used like a table of contents. It lists the files (with complete paths) that were used in your dvd project but doesn't store them. If you delete the .VOB files or even move them, Nero will complain that files are missing.
