  3. ray gun will do a decent job of removing wind noise.
    Vegas will let you use Direct x plug-ins on your audio tracks.
    If you are a beginer, you should start with vegas.
    premiere is more versatile and will let you do things vegas can't but its alot more compicated.

    i would say the opposite -- Vegas is much more versatile and lets you do a lot more than premiere ....

    Ok I got all the videos saved. How do I get the noise out so I can put them in Ray gun.

    so I go to the preferences page in vegas and choose audio. Then I pick ray gun as my audio editor right.

    no - you first read the manual and maybe do some tutorials and read up on editing :

    even if it was gift -- it would come with everything

    i strongly suspect you have a warez copy and if you do or dont (i dont want to hear the arguments) , you should spend a lot time going through the manual , the tutorials and learn how and want is video editing .

    as the questions you are asking are very basic and for the most part are learned with just a little practice on your part .
