  1. My sony dvp-ns300 cd/dvd player is suddenly not having any color. We've tried changing cables, but it makes no difference. Is it dead or can it be fixed easily?

    Thanks,
    Katy

Are you trying to play an NTSC disc on a PAL player? Do dvd's that normally play ok still work?

Someone probably pushed the wrong button on
the remote. There should be a button that says
something like N/P. It switches between NTSC
and PAL. Look at your owners manual for the
    descisption of your remote buttons.

  4. trust me that isn't the problem...
I own a dvp-ns330 and have the same problem...
The dvp-ns333 also has that problem...
What you are talking about the remote having a button that switches between NTSC and PAL isn't so overhere in europe...
The player has bin set to region 2, and if you put a region 1 dvd in it, it goes in black and white picture but still having the sound...

In the DVD hack are multiple hacks about it...

Im searching for a hack just with the normal remote... because i don't have a AIRD Port on my pc...
There is a link there that maybe has it, but the link isn't active...
If someone has the info about that, can you please post it there or even sent it to me...
I have a big FTP for placing it, so everybody can enjoy this... will place the link then here and in dvd hacks for others...

    greets....
