Is it possible to play a PAL disc on an NTSC DVD player? I have the Sony DVP-NS425P player. If not is it possible to do this on a computer?

My NTSC Pioneer will convert and play PAL but not all players will. If yours won't then you will definitely be able to play it on your PC, as long as you don't have a region problem. By that I mean a commercial disk that has a region code outside of yours.
