I tried TMPGEnc, but it said the is file not compatible. Is there anything else I can use? Thanks

Use the how to on left side to make it easy for yourself.
Can find how to go from RAD to Avi then to VCD compliant with your encoder. Also if you have QT pro can export into AVI. The TMPGENC how to will help you with the qt plug in or search the forum for more info.
Hope this helps you begin. -
Thanks! I didn't know you needed an extra plug-in for .mov files. I've made about 4 VCDs but they were all in .avi format. I have never done a .mov file before.
