    Greetings,

I have been using NERO 5.5 for all DVD burns flawlessly for quite a while. I have my settings and defaults in such a way that compatiblity with players almost goes off the charts. Now the question..

Just took advantage of the NEWEGG deal on an OPTOWRITE 8X DVD burner ( I already have a SONY external DRU500ULX) with Nero Express 6 OEM for 48 dollars (heck , thesoftware costs more than that)

If I load this NERO, do I lose any functionality of the old ?? I mean, I don't want to break what isn't broken ....Help appreciated.....

You shouldn't... just make sure you specify a different location from 5.5. Also you will no doubt find the OEM version will be a 'lite' version of the commercial release. Most often I find the LE, Lite or OEM versions of apps are toss away media due to their lack of functionality.
