Well I fell off the wagon a little. I had a lot of caffeine over the weekend . But I'm back to no caffeine during the week. I think I sleep better without.

yes I am addictied to caaffeine I did stop coffee but I still have the soda thing to deal with ...



...funny story a roomate of mine one invited me to have some coffee with him and I agreed. I grabed my favorite cup and he gave me a spit full ( I looked at him stangely ) so he noticed I wanted more . so he gave me 2 spit fulls ..I drank it and told myself I would never drink coffee with him again. I was super thick and dark , , a few hours later I found myself on the shitter with the runs ( just call me squirts) . . I never drank another cup of coffee until I made sure what kind it was,,,

Man, I used to love coffee. From the late 70s to 1990, I made my twice a month run to Peets coffee to get those world class fresh roasted beans. I brewed it black as stout and drank it straight up. I can still remember the wonderful flavor and the wonderful effect that got me though my college degree. Then I went cold turkey for months for a health problem. Now, any decent amount of caffiene, say a good cup of peets, send me though the roof. Coke does the same. Chocolate is my only "safe" form now. This intolerance really sucks, for decaf coffee is like using condoms..it not really the same nor as satisfying.
