  1. Yes, this is kinda funny.... I'm the webmaster of http://www.tutorialwiz.com and I'm asking for help

Well, yeah... I'm supposed to make tutorials and know everything but I'm quiet not that perfect with movies...

I added 2 movies sections for tutorials which I haven't really done yet.. So, I wanted to ask for some help before doing them for my website...

First, would be how to capture at 640x480 without interlacing... It looks so bad... Is it my Win TV capture card..?... Is ATI Radeon better?

and what's the best codec for perfect quality... I once saw a SVCD 3 minutes long and it was only 13 mbs... It looked perfect and it was Divx 3 encoded.. Anybody knows how to do this..?

Just by answering a few of these questions you'll help me out a lot for me and for my website tutorials, and of course, if you have ideas for tutorials also help me!

    Thanks...!

Most answers to those questions are found in the HOW TO
The ATI Radeon is not a 'preferred' card for analog captures.
    A SVCD is Mpeg2 NOT DivX . DivX is a Mpeg4 hack.
There is NO BEST codec for perfect quality. Even DVD's use a compession codec. It is Mpeg2 !!. Perfect quality would be film !!!. The best compromise is MPEG2 for high bitrate video and below 2500br MPEG1 is better suited.
