    Is there a program i can dowload or is there a way I can change .mov to .mpeg so I can make a vcd???

    Yeah, you can download the latest version of quicktime, then register it, export it as an avi, and then convert it to an Mpeg1!

    Even easier...download TMegEnc and grab the QTReader plugin..this will allow you to convert direct to mpeg1...happy converting
