audio out of synching

i have an xvid clip and the audio starts going out of synch after about 10 mins or so. if i hit pause and then play on my phillips dvp642 then it is in sych but will slowly go out of synch.

can someone help me fix my audio problem - i am new to encoding and stuff.

use YAAI to sync your audio

alternately I sometimes re-encode the xvid to DV using vegas or Virtualdub.

Virtualdub.

This is what I use...just extract the audio, and then encode it seprately with whatever you want to use.
