I have been getting strange things happening when i backup my own dvds. When I do copy and it splits into about 5 chapters the 2nd or 3rd scene selection either has audio commentary or is in another language.
On my hard drive the same file is ok.I am using Nero Vision is this happening due to some sort of copyright protection or is there problem with Nero?

I don't know how you could possibly copy a DVD in Nero Vision Express. It has no way of decrypting that DVD. No WOnder you are getting weird results. You better read on my man, about using thte various decrypter available. You could of course just simply run the original DVD through DVD Shrink. Since you already have Nero it will allow to rip - Shrink if needed and burn all in one single session.

If the files will fit a DVD-r you are ready. If not they have to be shrunk in DVD Shrink. You can use Nero in DVD/Movie mode. Drag files themselves, NOT the folders into the Video-TS folder that ner has created for you. Click Burn
