  1. I took a snapshot of my specs on a file I am trying to convert and play on my DVD player. I want to post it so I can hopefully receive some help since I have been unable to convert and use one .avi on my standalone. Can someone help me to post my image? Its jpg format and the img tag doesn't seem to be working.

    Hi Intuit,

I had this trouble soon after the site was moved to a linux box.

Your filename has to be all lowercase. I usually avoid spaces too, but don't know if that's a requirement.

EDIT: Baldrick has enhanced the code to change any non-lowercase to lowercase, so caps in your filename doesn't matter now. Cheers Baldrick.

    Your code should look like:

    [img*]imagepost.jpg[*/img]

...but WITHOUT the asterisks (*). I put those in so you can see the text.

At the same time, you need to enter the path and filename in the "Image or file" field below the box where you type your text when posting:

There is some corner of a foreign field that is forever England: Telstra Stadium, Sydney, 22/11/2003.

    Carpe diem.

If you're not living on the edge, you're taking up too much room.

Remember, use the Browse button to tell VideoHelp.com where to find the file on your computer. Once you do that, copy the name of the file, and only the name of the to your post. Highlight that name, then select the img command. That should do it.
    Hello.
