    Is there any good free programme with which i can capture things directly from my PC-screen and save them as a video-file? Just like a screenshot but as a movie.

    Capture Pad works well. If your trying to capture just what the screen sees and not do audio with it it works well. But trying to have the audio in-sync is just asking for trouble with it...
