Adobe Encore: how to hide part of a footage??

Hello everyone.
1. I need a menu option to play a movie without one hidden part. Chapters should appear in order 1,2,3,4,5 even if hidden chapter is chapter 3 (example). All FF, REW buttons should be usable, but hidden footage cannot be accessed.
2. Also I need a hidden button, or better yet a password, or a sequence of numbers entered, to play the movie with the hidden chapter 3.

I know this can be done, but how do I do it in Adobe Encore?
Can this be done in TMPEG DVD Author?

Create a chap 3 and disable all user operations...except one and that will do it, dunno why youw ant to do this?

Password protect? I don't think that's possible.

The best way is to simply put your special mpg file in the PC dir (outside the video_TS) foler and use an encryption app on that file to password protect it...then only computer users who know the pass can access this file.
