  1. Hello everyone, I hope I'm in the right section for this question, does anybody know how, or if it's possible to do a cd of MP3 albums with a front end menu to it, so that when you put it in the DVD you can have for example a picture of the album cover that you select & then plays the tracks. I know how to do it with Nero for VCD's but not for MP3's.

    Thanks.

Is it for a standalone to play on TV, or just for the computer? If it's just for the computer, you could make an HTML file and link to all the files on the DVD-ROM, but for one to play on the TV I'm not sure, there might be something in the tools section that could do this.

  3. It's for a stand alone TV, I've got loads of BOUGHT albums that are ripped to MP3 & recently got a home cinema system, so rather than spend ages messing around changing CD's I thought this method would look\work best. What's that warning all about that you got??

  4. If it's for a stand alone home media system, I presume you are playing it through you DVD player. At this point I don't know of any that would accept any sort of menu system. All of the players that play MP3's (or any sort of raw file) have a file browser. My only suggestion would be that you make up a MP3 DVD and head down to your electronics store and try a bunch out, pick out the one you like best. There have been occasional rumors of an XML capable system, but I haven't heard anything that comes close to real yet.

Can't be done if you want to keep the audio MP3, but this might give you an idea what can be done with your mp3's as source material... There are other apps in the same vein, and not that hard to do with your regular DVD authoring tools.
