    hi. i was trying to convert an mpeg file to a NTSC DV file using ulead vs8 and this error came out, " CLASS NOT REGISTERED". what could be wrong?

    Nice help cap :P

    anyways, i did a forum search(which you can do too) and nothing much came up, but it seems the firt thing you should try is opening the file in gspot and making sure you have the right codec(s) installed to play it.
