I have a file avi-dv in which timecode this corrupt one.
You know some utility to repair it?
The problem is that the 6 first second timecode this fixed one in: 48:38:25:24 (hours, minutes, seconds, pictures).
And next it begins to run well from a number.
When having this corrupt data the passage of PC to Camera does not work correctly.
Thanks

DV (as in minidv) does not have true timecode , only date/time stamps (i.e. - its not real timecode)
dv timestamp can show this .... or just record the thing back into a camera and back out again ..
if its dvcam or HDV - it does have real timecode and you would have to insert the video back onto a pre-stripped tape with an editor deck switched to the right setting.. you could also use a pro editor to do the same thing to a monidv tape i suppose (using generate new timecode) (maybe)"Each problem that I solved became a rule which served afterwards to solve other problems." - Rene Descartes (1596-1650) -
if you re-render the dv - say through vegas, you will have stripped off that problem area also -- but you would have to re-render
