    I have few minidv tapes that I want to transfer directly to VHS cassette, the problem is that my minidv cam is NTSC and my VHS is PAL so there is always a poor quality of my produced VHS tapes. Is there an easy way to do the conversion from NTSC to PAL?

    You can use a software app like Canopus Procoder. It's expensive, but you might want to browse through the Tools section to the left and do some keyword searching of the apps there
