How to convert VR to VIDEO-mode?

I have recorded movie from tv with JVC DRM-10 dvd-recorder and of course with wrong format (I should use VIDEO mode instead of VR-mode)...

Now I tryed to use that dvd-rw disc with PC and any software doesn't play that dvd. Also I tryed to convert that with DVD Santa program, and with that converting goes trough but it still cannot be played with PC DVD players...

So, can someone tell how that or which program that should be converted that this dvd-rw disc can be used in all dvd-players...???

PS. I tryed to find out topics with this problem, but didn't find any... So sorry if this has been already discussed here...

use tmpgenc dvd author and add the dvd-vr and author a new dvd-video.
