I have a panasonic LF-D321 and I am trying to find a program that will back up my movie onto a dvd-ram and then I want to put it on my panasonic e-85 and edit the movie and then burn it to DVD-R. I can't find the software that rips a dvd to dvd-ram. I can use DVD-r but that is wasteful.

I am not familiar with burning a RAM disc on a computer but assuming it will work the same as an R disc, you could use DVDDecrypter to rip the movie to your HD and then burn it with DVDShrink to your RAM disc. I may be missing something but it should be fairly simple.
Still a few bugs in the system... -
I used DVD Cloner II the trial version and it wouldn't let me copy it to DVD-Ram. I looked on Cloner website and it has other panasonic drives listed as compatible but my drive is not listed. So I was seeing if anyone with my drive may know something
