Hello all,
I am trying to encode a DVD from a series of still images. (9000 .TGA files) It will be about 4 minuets long. The files we're out put by my 3D application. How can I get the best possible quality? I don't care how long it takes and I don't care how big the file is.
I'm using TMPG 2.5 to encode and TMPG DVD author to make the DVD.
I tried the fallowing bitrate settings:
Constant Quality
Highest quality 100
Maxbit = 9000
Minbit = 6000
P spoilage = 0
B spoilage = 20
With this GOP Structure:
I = 6
P = 0
B = 0
This produced a DVD which is "Blocky". I thought these settings were telling TMPG to do a high quality job, but I may be misunderstanding the directions. Can anyone offer different settings that will make a DVD that is not "Blocky"
Thank You
