  1. Topic to add to it icant open a svcd file i want to covert to a vcd file with TMPGEnc 3.0 xpress any help would be great thanks!!!!!

  2. I am sure there is an easier way, but my freeware way is to use

    Tmpgenc (normal free version)
    DVD2AVI (I am very outdated on my version, 1.76 I think)

    *there is also VirtualDub MPEG2 Version which is also free where I think You can just frameserve to tmpgenc but DVD2AVI much easier.

    Open up DVD2AVI > Save project (this is very short - no audio resampling is done)

    Open project in tmpgenc, open audio track > encode, that's it.

    There is also tmpgenc m2v add-on (separate file) but I couldn't get this to work (picture is there but audio doesn't come up)

    Well this should set you to go quickly. Someone else will probably have a better suggestion
