get a prog called "ifoedit" and use that.
seperate the mpeg into an .m2v file and an.mp2 file,in mpeg tools in tmpgenc.then author new dvd in ifoedit.
after thats done,just stick the vobs into dvd lab-it will ask if you want to join them,say yes and continue as normal,adding the joined vob as the video and audio,that way it wont be out of sync,as it wont touch them,just joins them together.
