    After downloadind avi or mpeg files, the video and audio are out of sync on alot of files when I play them and when I burn them to VCD. Why, and can I fix it?
    FYI: P II 233 with 320 mb RAM on Win XP

    Why are you turturing your poor CPU ?? go to 98! XP is NOT for it! anyway, as for your question, are you using a DVD Playback software like PowerDVD or WinDVD ?
