Studio 8.12, Drop in MPEG (8kmax, 3.5kmin, 6kavg VBR) and studio 8 wants to re-encode the entire movie after adding a few transitions.
What does Studio V8 want to 'see' in order not to re-encode the compliant sections? CBR MPEG?
If I give it CBR MPEG's do I need to specify the exact same number in the make MPEG custom bitrate? (My test was as above and I choose 6k customer bitrate.... re-encoded)
Also, are there settings for VBR MPEG Encoding Min, Max and Avg? I don't see them anywhere.
Just trying to speed things up and reduce audio sync anomolies.
Thanks Tim
