    Tried blue and other variations but find that for me Classic is easier on the eyes especially when I'm lurking here a long time.

    The old Classic red. I prefer this look, to maintain the originality and home-like
    feel I experience every day I surf over here 8)

    I don't post much anymore's these days.., though I do hang out and read a
    lot every so often around here and there and whatnots

    Ether take this one:
    or use your existing one.
    Then save to your hard disk. Get a gif animator app (freeware) and edit it frame by frame using a photo editor app. Put in the ninja slit that the eyes peek through.

    Then re-save it as an animated gif and presto! Animated gif

    - yeah, but I was *really* hoping that someone could do it quickly (someone
    pro-like) that wants to do something good ..not to mention wanted to just
    plain, "show-off" his/her talents and get a pat on the back, etc

    I wanted to keep the green, cause it looks the part. and either revise the
    green moticon, or add a new one, (same color, etc) and call it, ninja2 (or
    something)
