    Guys got a wav file that I need to delete the first 5 minutes of it. Using Gold Wave and still cant figure out how to do it. Im sure its simple but im lost.

    There are two markers, select the Start and End of what you want to remove and then simply Delete it and re-save (better to a different name) the file.

    Perhaps there is no delete menu function or toolbar key. Just select the part - as already described - and press the delete key on your keyboard.

    Use left mouse button to set left marker and right button to set the right marker. Then, choose either DEL or TRIM depending on your selection, save the file with different name just in case you are not happy with the results.... Good luck.
