Like I care...I don't drink coffee.
"What is your opinion of the recent improvements in our land lab?"
Once again...I don't care...I teach math, I never even knew we had a land lab, let alone an improved one.
"The school is going to be undergoing some changes, nothing that will affect the teaching staff, but...blah, blah, blah."
If it doesn't affect me...I don't care.
They are also talking about the budget...once again, not affecting me...yea, I know it seems as though it would right? Not so fast my friend...I teach math...if they cut my job this instant, I would have another job today by 2:30 pm.
Talking about library books, talking about paper supply, talking about someother stuff...I don't really know, I'm only appearing to be paying attention occasionally.
I'll tell you what, I would make the ideal administrator. Here's a simple blue print to administration:
When ever a decision comes up, think about it, research it, form a team to talk about it, think about it some more, form ideas for a solution, rationalize your solution ideas against logic and plausibility. Take the solution that seems most rational and most logical and best fits your needs and do the exact opposite of that.
Underlings, if you want to make management, then all you have to do is: Never interject logic into an administrative process and you'll be 100% Grade A management material.
