Nvidia Tv Out Problems

hi,

i have a Ti4200 with vivo and want to use full screen video through the tv out, when i choose the option in the advanced settings and play a video on my computer monitor all i get on the tv is flickering white and black lines with no picture at all, but when i set the video standare to ntsc i get a picture but black and white oviously because the tv is pal only

ps everything else works in pal mode

anyone have any ideas on how to make it work correctly with pal ?

which drivers are u using? i had similar prob w/ 61.77 and 61.76, but not earlier drivers.

sorry for the long time in writing back, iv been very busy

im using the lastest drivers, i didnt have a problem with the older drivers but i do not want to go back to older versions because i use the card for gaming and like the preformace boost from lastest drivers

also tvtool did not make any difference

anymore ideas ??

I had the same problem with 61.77 drivers (when "upgrading" from 53.03), and fixed it by uninstalling from add/remove from control panel, then going to this site:
http://downloads.guru3d.com/download.php?id=10
They have many older versions of the drivers, I went for the last version that had microsoft whql certification:
ForceWare 61.72 Windows 2000/XP WHQL
So you get new drivers that work, are certified, and aren't so much older than latest 61.77. I'm happy now, hope it works for you too.
