    need help i just capture some video from my DV camcorder. i want to find out is there any way i can edit the movie to make the resoultion higher so it won't look so bluer in the screen.

    If you are using the camera's DV output (Firewire) connection, then that is the resolution of the camera and not adjustable.

    If you are encoding the DV file to MPEG2, there are lots of options available. That what the 'Guides' to the left are for.

    You need to describe the method you are using.
