For some people yes, I prefer warm cocoa though.

Sure that works you just have to think it works..... gues not anymore Actually I think I remember reading there is some kind of natural sedative. Take that information for what it's worth, consider the source. Garbage in garbage out :P

  5. Note: warm milk not recommended if, (i) you are lactose intolerant or (ii) you don't like milk...

  6. Lettuce is supposed to contain a mild (very mild) sedative, but I doubt very much that you'll eat enough for it to make any difference.

The warm milk is supposed to make you feel good and to develop a routine before bed (i.e., get your brain into thinking of sleeping).

    Regards.

Must be weird living somewhere else, no turkey. I'd imagine it would be quite expensive if you found it?

  11. I did find a department store that would order it from northern Japan, but the turkey would be about 80 bucks...that wouldn't include the plucking, shipping and handling of it though.

And yeah, living in another country takes some getting used to and makes you appreciate the things you had back home. HOWEVER, I can get beer out of a vending machine on the first floor of my apartment building...not a bad trade off for the turkey. AND they come in 500ml and 1liter cans...great!!

I hear alcohol works wonders. Not sure if it's the best choice though.
Nothing can stop me now, 'cause I don't care anymore.
