    Does the latest version of nero actually convert video files to vcd mpg format?

    All versions from 6 and maybe 5.5 (I think) can convert to VCD format, but i believe a lot will agree with me on this, I highly do NOT recommand it!

    It will be slow, hurrible quality and incompatible in most situations.

    I second that. TMPGEnc and VCDEasy are the tools to use for VCD creation, Might need a dash of VirtualDub too.
