I'm getting this error everytime i want to capture by scene, "Data/time recorded was not found on tape" i can capture the whole video in one piece but not by scenes, anyone one if i can fix this? im using adobe premier pro 1.5.

Looks like the time code has become corrupt. This can happen if you stop recording, rewind for a look see, then start recording again after the previous scene and also after the previous timecode. There isn't much you can do other than to capture the whole thing and cut it up in premiere. You could try one of the small capture apps like DVIO and WinDV before giving up. They mau have better luck.
Next time, when you open a new tape, record across the whole tape in one session with the lens cap on. This will lay a timecode down on the whole tape so this doesn't happen again.Read my blog here.
