    Hi..I'm a Chem Teacher and I was wondering how would I take a powerpoint presentation and put it onto DVD?

    I'm assuming you don't mean as a data file burned on a DVD-ROM. I think you mean as a video or a slideshow. Slideshow would be my guess.

    You need to get each slide exported as a .JPG or another graphic file format. Number your images.

    Then use an editing or authoring program that supports slide shows, like Ulead DVD Movie Factory, MPEG VIdeo Wizard, or Nero Vision Express. Most allow you to add sound in the background. Pull each slide into the "slide show" you have created.

    Author to your DVD folders, with VIDEO_TS containing all your files. Then use a burning app like Nero to burn it as a DVD Video.

    I have Nero Vision Express...but would it be possible to use TMPGenc DVD Author?

    Personally, I would use either MyDVD or VCDEasy to make an automatic/manual slide show with each Power Point slide as one of my own slides on the DVD.

    I've never really like VCDEasy...it never seems to work..but..thanks for your advice.

    Any other ideas?

    You've already been given 5 different softwares that can do it. I'd suggest you try one of them
