question on DVD Shrink - I've been using 2.3 for the longest time.

all settings being equal (same movie, same levels of compression, etc) is there any speed boost with later versions? or is it just more options and new / extra features?

  2. The latest version has more options, including an increased quality option which takes longer to process.

I'm happy with 3.2. No problems. Works great with DVDDecrypter. (My burning program of choice) Speed. I don't care. I run it when I go to bed. let the program shut off the computer and wake up to a finished copy in the morning.

  5. I have used 2.3 and 3 beta 5 (I think that'sthe numbers) both when I started out. I like 3 beta 5 a bit better I geuss cause for some reason it's the only version I use now, though I have both still on that system.

    I think 3 beta 5 might be a bit faster than 2.3.
You can easily have both since neither actually installs into windows, just install to seperate folders and make a short cut to each, or use windows explorer and doubleclick the EXE file like I do most the time.

As for newer than beta 5, can't say, never tried it.

  6. I've read some posts that say 3.2 is definitely an increase in quality to previous versions.
