    Hi...
    I'd like to know where can I find something (like a Developers enviroment, or a compiler) that helps me create some simple synthetic mpeg4 video (using BIFS). Can you help me?

    Sorry If I didnt explain myself better, I know the theory (BIFS syntax), I need the software/compiler to make the video.
