The finished DVD just plays for a few minutes then quits? That is usually a problem with the DVD media. You might try another brand.

It would help if you could fill out your computer information. It makes it much easier to answer questions. Such as what burner, computer specifications, etc.

You can play your DVD video while it is still on the hard drive with a program like PowerDVD. (Play the VOB files.) This will tell you if the video and sound are OK. If they are, it would be a problem with the media or possibly the burner. Generally the burning program is not the problem.

If your problem is with MPEG-1 files burned to a DVD, you should check the guides to the left. DVDs normally use MPEG-2 files.

Some good advice here, although MPEG-1 is fine for DVD so long as the bitrate is below 1856kbps and it's 352 X 240/288
    If in doubt, Google it.

    That tells us alot

Go to the section to the left for writers, for the search leave everything blank except for clicking to search for +RW and see how many burners show up

I think he actually meant like BRAND, Model number, ect... sort of a few details. Not all burners and media are the same, alot depends on brands and such.

Now, silly question here, but you are creating a DVD that has DVD type files like .IFO .VOB .BUP and those are in a folder called VIDEO_TS all in caps right! And you should also have an empty folder called AUDIO_TS

I never used or saw SUPER DVD CREATOR myself, so I don't know anything about the options on that. But your not ending up with .mpg files after your done and trying to burn those to a DVD are you??
Some players like my Norcent DP300 will play a .mpg file burned directly to a disk, but that is NOT a DVD really. And sometime durring playback the disk/file will quit playing suddenly for no aparent reason. File size limits I beleave, I think it's 2gig on the norcent, after that point it stops playing. Other players may do the same thing but stop even sooner.
