  1. Is there a way I can create an image from a scene off one of my DVDs and get good picture quality? Basically I want to be able to load the vob into a program (not sure which) then take like a screenshot and use that to print onto my DVD. Is this possible? thank you!

    Yes but the quality isn't going to be that hot, it's a relativley small source image. As I pointed out in another thread if it was a digital image from a camera it would be .35 megapixels. Most media players such as power dvd, editors, capture component in a still image app will do that. Not sure but MS'S media player probably will too.

    Edit: I just looked it appears MS's player doesn't do that.

    play your DVD on your PC using any DVD player

    press Print Screen on your keyboard...

    Open Paint or Paintbrush

    then press Ctrl + V (hold down Ctrl, then press V while holding down Ctrl) on your keyboard

    edit...
