For example if I capture video at 480x240 can I encode it useing tmpgenc to 480x480?
Or does the initial video size have to be the same?

You can encode to 480x480 but I woudn't! It'll stuff up your quality if you encode to a higher resolution than your source. If I were you I would just re-capture at 480x480 and then encode.

I dont seem to have the option to capture video at 480x480 with the AIW card. Everything is x240 like 640x240 480x240 etc.
Any ideas how to fix?
