Hi All,
First let me apologize if this issue has been addressed before. I did search the forums, but for the life of me i can't find exactly what i'm looking for. I'm not a newbie, but this may be a newbie type question. I have an mpeg2 file that i multiplexed togehter from a dvd i own. the movie is in Chinese and i would like to "overlay" (not sure if that's the right term) the English sub-titles into the mpeg file. I will not be burning this back to dvd, i play my media files on a gateway connected dvd player.
I've tried several utilities to do this, but most of them want to create a separate stream. My guess is that these utils are more geared for authoring DVD's rather than just keeping the mpeg2 file. I've seen a couple of guides suggesting the use of a frameserver and one or two that said not to frameserve.
I'm open to any suggestions as i just wnat to get this done.
Thanks so much for taking the time to read and/or reply.
