Can anybody provide info on support from Boilsoft

I have downloaded Splitter v3.22 and it says I need a new registration.

I have email boilsoft support several times request my reg code is updated, but they have not responded.

How can I be sure my messages are getting to them and they are not being blocked by there spam killing software ?

Is there any other email address's for boilsoft that are not listed on the website ?

Is this how they honor their loyal customers, I have registered nearly all of their products and would expect better service that this.
