Hi

Some days ago I started to use DVD2SVCD to make my DivX movies MPEG2 so that I could play them on my DVD player. Being so that I dont have any money, I decided to use QuEnc, which worked 1 time, then started to act funny. I tried it on the same DivX and on different DivX (Xvid) but it just doesnt seem to want to work anymore. All that happens is that QuEnc pop-ups for a second then closes down. This happens through DVD2SVCD and if I manually try to load any file, through the GUI or through the command line. If I am lucky it may start encoding, but the filesize of the encoded file doesnt change (remains at 0 kb) and all it does is one pass, even if I have selected 2 passes. After the first pass finishes QuEnc shutsdown. And the used space doesnt change on any of my drives, so I dont know what QuEnc does in the 1st pass (where the data is saved, it doesnt seem that QuEnc has any Disk activity while encoding 1st pass)
I didnt change anything on my PC, neither did I install anything on my PC. The only thing I did before QuEnc started to act funny, was to burn out the only movie that QuEnc actually encoded.

What can be wrong?
How can I fix this?

Thanx
