I keep reading about avisynth to tempeg but is there a way to rencode with out converting to avi. I tied the Infoedit patch but it didn't work in my dvd player (denon dvd 2900). For some odd reason the dvd shift down about 1/4 of the screen. When i put a pal disc in there. So i tired the Infoedit way but no luck so i am looking for a way to convert pal to ntsc the easiest and best way...

Hello,
Sorry but converting the frame rates is NOT EASY. This list of guides will help:

Search the forum for PAL to NTSC and you'll find a TON of posts about it. It's going to take work.

P.S. I know I tried the patch method but it kept having audio synch issues.Donatello - The Shredder? Michelangelo - Maybe all that hardware is for making coleslaw?
