I've been using PowerDVD to play a DVD and then clicking on the Frame Capture button to capture frames to BMP files.

I have to be pretty quick with the mouse clicks to get just the right frame. I'd really like a program where I see the individual frames and select the ones to capture to JPG files.

Is there software that does what I want?

    Hello,

Powerdvd can let you step frame. It's one of the buttons on the player. It will frame advance one at a time and you can still snap a pic.
