    You've got yourself a good little money-spinner then, haven't you ?

I don't exactly agree with doing this from a moral point of view, but that's just me I would suggest that you should be reading all the guides and FAQs instead of using the free advice you're getting here to turn a profit , unless you're prepared the offer us a cut

    Anyway, I've said my piece
    If in doubt, Google it.

How about a cut then ?

Anyway, back on topic, I think it all depends on whether you want to get hands dirty or not. As I mentioned, Eazy VCD is just a GUI for VStrip, Besweet, DVD2AVI and TMPGEnc but it is very simple to use and does not require much tweaking to obtain IMO excellent results. Most options are automatically selected for you and then it is just a preference thing as to whether you change any of them. It does VCD, XVCD, SVCD & XSVCD and can output to an MPEG or to a bin/cue file. It will retain the chapter points if you output to bin/cue also.

If you want absolute control over everything that goes on, then ZippyP.'s suggestion is the way to go IMO. Smartripper or DVD Decrypter to rip to HD, DVD2AVI to demux audio and frameserve video and then TMPGEnc to re-encode video while muxing audio back in. I would look at the guide here for some pointers on making XVCDs. You would need to tweak some of the settings for a spec VCD or SVCD/XSVCD.
    If in doubt, Google it.
