  1. Hey guys, this may sound like a stupid question but what is the smallest video camera I can get and how much is it? Me and my friends have been looking around on ebay but all the ones on ebay have to be hooked up to a tv and stuff... what is the smallest spy camera for video and audio that you can get?

Here's a few more. If they have a composite video output, you can plug them into a 'video in' jack on a video camera. Do a Google search for 'spy cameras' and you can find quite a few models.

  5. The one I linked to has a composite output from the RF receiver.

  6. I don't seem to be getting spammed by the X10 stuff lately so maybe they went out of business???

Anyway the X10 cameras have a model that transmits the signal back to a receiver. I think the range is supposed to be about 300'.

I thought about getting some of those for my place here in the woods, no wires needed, I could just mount in trees and run off battery packs for the cameras, or connect to a solar charging source for non-stop power.

Anyway take a look and see if you can find those and anyone that has used X10"s. The cameras are small but I never tried one so I can't say how the quality of the picture is. If you don't need wireless they have the cable connected types and they're alot cheaper. Several models and options were available back then.

I think the site was X10.com but I'm sure a google search for X10 camera will find something.
