audio problem with DVD MovieFactory 3

I tried to burn a couple of VCD movies with 2 audio languages on to a DVD-R with DVD MovieFactory 3. I can play on the PC with one audio language by turning the balance to either the right or left channel but when I try to play it on my DVD player, both audio languages would play at the same time and I can't select either one.

Can someone please tell me how to config it so I can burn 2 audio language tracks?

TMPGEnc DVD Author has that scenario mentioned as an check-box option right after you load your video....you might want to try authoring with it instead.
