re-encode or not

i just ran a file through tmpgenc guys that was ntsc but stupidly i used 3:2 pulldown when i didnt need it , duh , the result was lines appearing on any moving scenes , is there a way to correct this without the whole conversion process again or is it another 2 hr waite , without pulldown

set it going and make yourself dinner. Any attempt to reverse the process will only cost you time and quality.
